Phase 2 of the RATIO-designed Plainfield (IN) Government Center & Performing and Fine Arts Center is progressing nicely! Set for a January 2024 completion, the new facility features an expansive main lobby, the town's council chamber, a rooftop terrace, and a 600-person theater.

This #NationalHealthCenterWeek we're celebrating the 10-year anniversary of completing the @EskenaziHealth Ambulatory Care Building in Indianapolis. As the architect of record, in association with @HOKNetwork, we had the honor of helping deliver this critical healthcare facility.

Garner Magnet High School (Garner, NC), part of @WCPSS, celebrates its 5-year anniversary this year. RATIO’s design team updated the school to meet modern standards, adding a 4-story classroom tower for improved solar orientation and added security. Here's to a great school year!

RATIO has completed over a hundred affordable housing projects throughout the United States, including the renovation and expansion of @theCHAtweets's Edith Spurlock Sampson Apartments, located in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood.

In response to population growth, @CarmelLib chose RATIO for renovating and expanding their existing facility. We engaged with key stakeholders to envision an expanded space with a redesigned interior layout, open areas, more seating, event spaces, and a new parking structure.
