She caresses his cheek with her thumb, dragging her fingers across his lips, her cold blue eyes examining his angelic face. “I’ll bring him along. He’ll be just fine. You need rest, I’ll make you something to eat.”

“I could start menopause at any time, Will. I think you will have to settle for one baby.” She said simply, putting a hand to his cheek and placing a soft kiss to his lips. “Mildly. Are you?”

“What a silly question. Of course he was. Every moment, the nausea and pain, was worth it because it brought our son. I would do it again in a heartbeat.” She gave a soft smile.

The blonde leans into him, twisting to rest against his chest, resting her head upon it. “Maybe indeed. I do feel much better, my swollen belly is no longer an obstacle.” A soft sigh as she thinks on it. “A wonderful second reward after many hours of pushing and pain.”

When we moved in to this neighborhood, our next door neighbor realized I was expecting and she said ‘we got freaky’. I presumed that’s what you meant by that.

She groans softly as the weight of their child falls back on her hips, the pain returning. “I believe you should participate in naming the child you helped make.” Climbing on the bed slowly, she lies down and cradles her pregnancy pillow. “You can sleep, but he’s awake.”
