Cuando el cliente no tenga la razón, siempre referirse a la regla número 1. Existen formas de conseguir que el cliente pague por algo que no quiere o necesita, pero nunca se debe confrontar al cliente, puedes ganar la pelea pero de nada sirve si pierdes la venta.
