6-0 win over Courtland today! 💍 pop player was @leilapannell going 2 for 4 with 3 RBI’s and 💣! @jamesonsnell26 threw a no hitter & defense was 🔒 down!

The JV bears fell short 15-17 to Louisa in a tough game. Payton Nicely was 2 for 3 on the night!

Varsity opened the season with a 10-0 win over Louisa! 💍 pop player of the game was the TEAM! @Chloe_King28 had 16 K’s, @leilapannell was 3 for 3, @KenzieThomas05 was 3 for 4, and @RyleighLivesay9 was 2 for 3 with a 💣 ! The team combined 16 hits!

I’m extremely thankful for my time at Riverbend High School, especially for the coaches, teammates, and competition that helped shape me as a football player and as a person. The lessons, work ethic, and memories I’ve gained will stay with me moving forward. Our 2 day kids camp was a success! The campers said they LOVED it and the varsity girls did so great instructing them. Everyone had a blast! Thank you for supporting the bears! 🐻
