I think it’s borderline embarrassing the way he sides with Arsenal over absolutely everything like admitting you got lucky sometimes is ok to do. Or when he said when you were 6 points clear that city are still favourites

Just because there have been other contentious incidents at corners this season... Some involving Arsenal... It doesn't mean yesterday's wasn't a foul. Every incident has to be refereed on it's own merits. We can't be saying "Team A got away with one last week, so I won't give them this." Everyone is frustrated when there are blatant inconsistencies in refereeing, but EVERY incident has to be looked at fresh, without any bias or factoring in past history.

@RCHDeltaForce @DougieCritchley There are too many issues in our league that people would rather just laugh at others then get defensive when it’s them. Another one is the ticketing issues. Just like the super league things only change when people put their bias aside

@RCHDeltaForce @DougieCritchley It’s always going to be bigger because of the impact it’s had on the season like the rodri handball against Everton a few years ago had huge backlash. We do all know it but that’s my issue it shouldn’t be this way all we want is consistency or at least most of the time

@TomY9825 @DougieCritchley But we all know the refs are inconsistent on everything, except the backlash to getting a decision correct has been bigger than when they got decisions wrong earlier this season

@RCHDeltaForce @DougieCritchley Both should’ve done better regardless. One might be heavier contact fine but the box is full of that. There are 4 fouls on this one corner and one of them was way before any contact on raya. I wouldn’t hate the decision if they were consistent

@TomY9825 @DougieCritchley Raya has his shirt being pulled and arm across his throat and was easily catching the ball, Saliba was just leaning against bayindir, as I said not remotely the same

@RCHDeltaForce @DougieCritchley The keeper is being held in both and both times the keeper could still easily have done better but dropped a clanger. Only difference is that one has been bailed out by VAR

@DougieCritchley My gripe is that on the first game of the season United vs Arsenal this happened and the goal was given and the PGMOL came out and said they are going to be tougher on keepers this season. Since that they’ve kept to their word and now all of a sudden when it matters they change?

@BigBearKentlaar No one cares if it was the right decision or not it’s the inconsistency all season for the same offence that Arsenal have been guilty of for years. It happens for them and nothing but when it happens against they get the decisions

So Sky Sports’ pundits agree it’s the right decision. Most of the Match of The Day pundits agree it’s the right decision. Most reliable journalist agree it’s the right decision. But I’ve got CityBoy1615, KopEnder & UtdDevil01 telling me it’s the worst VAR decision in Premier League history? 😭🤣
