Today is #worldcopdday, a global initiative aimed at reducing the burden of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease. Nearly 5,000 Western Australians are hospitalised for COPD each year and the chronic condition is the most common cause of potentially preventable hospitalisations.
