🚨 The situation in southern Brazil is a striking example of the compounding crises caused by climate change, underscoring the urgent need for resilience in the face of adversity. Now, more than ever, we must mobilize our resources to assist in resilient recovery efforts.

✊ Despite all this, the city's spirit remains unbroken. Porto Alegre's resilience team is working to provide relief and support. #PortoAlegre 𝗶𝘀 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 with power outages and water shortages while providing shelter to nearly 10,000 people who have lost their homes.

Porto Alegre, a city that is a part of our community, is currently experiencing devastating floods. We express our solidarity with its people, public servants and local government @Prefeitura_POA during this difficult time.
