#FallsAwarenessWeek After only 4/6 strength and balance classes, one 94 year old improved her “Timed Up and Go” by 8 seconds & Berg Balance score by 5 points. What a fantastic achievement! She is keen to move onto a community @laterlifetrain Postural Stability course! #nhs
