@ALFIEEP1 @KamilaOlivera13 Orthodromic AVRT (left sided pathway) with Ipsilateral LBBB increasing TCL. But we'd still do an EP study to confirm/rule out the presence of further tachycardia mechanisms.

Welcome to our FluoroFree Procedure Room. We set this up in February 2022 and have been using it to perform Flutter Ablations, 60 to date. Our waiting list is now as little as 1/2 weeks for a Flutter ablation #EPeeps @BiosenseWebster

@pjsm83 @mlovell @RoyalDevonNHS @BiosenseWebster We use SLO with a BRK XS, no RF needle. Measure pressure through the needle. Vizigo used with the QDot.

@pjsm83 @mlovell @RoyalDevonNHS @BiosenseWebster ICE to place guide wires and SL0 into SVC. Then ICE guided transeptal and place SL0 and guide wire into left atrium and then LSPV or LIPV. Then guide ablation into LA with ICE and 3D mapping.

1st time using QDot Micro yesterday for a #FluoroFree AF and Flutter ablation, using ICE and Octoray! What a day! And all without GA! Go Team. @mlovell @RoyalDevonNHS. Thanks to @BiosenseWebster for all your support
