@canuc_57 @RDebbieLi Honestly wasn’t easy but I have to give a shout out to our senior resident @RDebbieLi, coming from arm using MPA she was able to get into the branch, 6 mm Viabhan, placed posteriorly so device was placed anatomic inside ABF. That’s key planning

End-side ABF, with degenerated ~6cm proximal anastomosis, occluded bil EIA, patent right IIA. High risk for open repair, vague abd pain. We did evar, renal laser fen, and outer branch for the right IIA preserving pelvic flow ⁦@RDebbieLi⁩ showing off her skills! #aortaed
