@RDevilsDaily @UnitedStandMUFC Only option?
You Glazer puppet!
English

🚨 Manchester United have taken out $125million in long-term debt after a refinancing of borrowings related to the Glazer family’s 2005 takeover.
United have restructured their $425m senior secured notes, which were due for repayment next year. The refinanced debt now amounts to $550m, at a higher interest rate of 5.36 per cent. [@mjcritchley @TheAthleticFC]

@RDevilsDaily @TinayeChigidi @UnitedStandMUFC Most of the Middle East would buy United outright for 100% definitely
English

I’m not defending them saddling the debt onto the club with the leveraged buyout. Wish we’d seen the back of the glazers years ago.
All I’m saying is let’s not pretend this is more that it is. A typical financial transaction for most businesses when their loans are due. They get refinanced. If the economic climate is better the interest rates reduce, if it’s worse which it is they go up.
English

@RDevilsDaily @UnitedStandMUFC Are you for real, the Glazer are destroying this club, they riddled it with det, what happened to the 1.3 billion shares the sold to 🐭cliff.
Fans that defend the owners are no fans of this club FACT......

@TheFergusonWay Telegraph journalism might as well be categorised with the Sun

PAUL POGBA IS WHERE????
𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐞@Lfc_samie
Post Ferguson era signings and you can hardly pick 5 good players from this list. Absolute waste
English

@indpthought @UnitedStandMUFC Do you think the other offer was really on the table?
I wish it was but I’m not sure 🧐
English

@RDevilsDaily @UnitedStandMUFC We would be free if SJR didn't bail them out
English

I wish it was that easy but they don’t have the money to do that,
They could chip away at it maybe but if you’re being cold about it, it makes absolutely no sense to do so…
The club value keeps rising. When they sell they’ll also pass on all the debt.
The club can eat the interest in the short term…
English

@RDevilsDaily @UnitedStandMUFC Or they could fucking pay it off
English

@TinayeChigidi @UnitedStandMUFC How many people on the planet do you think have 5 Billion quid and want to drop that into a football club?
I wish it were this easy…
English

@RDevilsDaily @UnitedStandMUFC There are so many ways to re pay the debt if they wanted including selling the club to someone who can payoff the debt right here right now
English

@TinayeChigidi @UnitedStandMUFC You’re right, they’ll milk it for as long as it make sense for them financially.
Where you’re wrong is suggesting they even have the capacity to pay off the debt. They categorically do not have 1B lying about…
English

@RDevilsDaily @UnitedStandMUFC No it wasnt the only option. They have made billions from United. They just have to pay off the debt and go.They will never do this because they want to keep milking us without using their own money.
English

@seaniet1989 @UnitedStandMUFC I can’t wait for the day, untied swallow up the debt repayments and the club continues to grow in value for them to eventually sell
English

@RDevilsDaily @UnitedStandMUFC They took over in 2005.. it's been 20 years and still in this mess. It won't change till they are gone. Leaches
English

@Y2k87_ @UnitedStandMUFC They simply don’t have the money. I agree I wish they were gone but they’re not going to sell unless it makes sense for them to do so…
United can swallow up 10m extra interest. The glazers don’t have 1B to fork out
English

@RDevilsDaily @UnitedStandMUFC Not true
How about they pay off the debt?
Think that helps no?
English

Respect the engagement farm from this guy. Has 0 sources and just makes guesses to generate clicks… immaculate business model
Same guy who had Qatari takeover ‘done’ and was plastering it all over his feed 😂😂😂
Ross Harwood@RossHarwood_
Deal is looking inevitable. West Ham’s valuation higher than club was expecting - however Man Utd determined to get deal done. Utd are looking to offer around £65m, with addons to take deal up to £80m. Talks continuing. #mufc
English

@fplburner248 @TouchlineX Possibly but they wouldn’t get away with it if the tournament was anywhere else
English

@RDevilsDaily @TouchlineX Not just America’s fault, FIFA was just as eager to identify alternative route for advertising income
English

🚨 𝗡𝗘𝗪: During Mexico vs South Africa, the referee had to keep the players waiting during the cooling break because FOX was still on a commercial break.
The match eventually resumed while FOX was still showing advertisements.
These cooling breaks are not related to player health, but are instead used to accommodate commercials.
