To answer a quick streaming question. The reason Ye does more streams but has lower streaming sales than other rappers is because a lot of his streams come globally, a higher percentage.
So Ye 100m streams & another 100M streams could look very different. One can have 70m of it be US, while Ye will be at like 45m US. Billboard 200 is a US chart so they count US streams, not global.
