You guys didn’t understand it, that’s why we keep saying you didn’t see the structure he was coming with. There are great managers who play good football with the 3 at the back. He came with a different system and that’s the main reason he needed time. The back 3 is an attacking formation where attack turns to defense seamlessly. Ruben Amorim came with a structure and only those who wanted a sustainable structure believed in him.
