Hi @REDTaxiInd please set a clear policy for outstation permit charges. We were asked to pay ₹800, while Palakkad permit is around ₹350. This happens often. Kindly ensure transparent pricing. I’m not sharing trip details to avoid affecting anyone’s job.

True. Switch to Red Tax in Chennai. Red Taxi drivers are not allowed to ask for extra money. They are very strict on that. Always had horrible experience with Ola/Uber in Chennai. The can annas are expert mathematicians, 250 is rounded up to 500.🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️😭 @REDTaxiInd @RedTaxiSupport

@REDTaxiInd @rapidobikeapp If your fare shows Rs 400 for longer route, which should have been Rs 300 for the shorter route, I would choose other providers charging less. Let your tech team develop better algorithm or show two choices to Customer. Pl. ask your tech team to contact me, I will explain.

Please DM us your registered mobile number, booking details and payment screenshots, or mail them to customersupport@redtaxi.co.in. We’ll verify the transaction with the driver/bank and arrange a refund for any duplicate payment.

Hello @REDTaxiInd , today morning i booked a ride to coimbatore airport. After reaching airport i pay the amount via upi, from my account money debited but the issue is on receiver account,so it was processing. The driver is argued to pay cash. Then i paid cash.
