I went to @REI to exchange a Christmas gift -same item, different size, identical price. Staff tried adding $5 for "rewards processed for last year", which smelled unfair and made no sense. I pushed back. Caution to others - don't let them charge you fees to exchange gifts!!

@REI why is it every single time I attempt to order something from your website that shows products in stock the order is then canceled and told its out of stock. Orders from a few hundred to over a thousand, doesnt matter, always canceled
