Made it to Plainview Texas on our way to Yellowstone. Had a slow leak in a trailer tire that I changed in the pouring rain. Then 20 miles later had a blowout with the spare. Got both fixed/replaced. We are all safe and ready for tomorrow. God is good.

Great season of T-ball with my son. Coaching him has revived my love for the game. Watching him and his teammates improvement this season was the best feeling I could ask for. Next stop coach pitch!

Too often, people use God’s name to justify actions that are clearly wrong. They claim to follow Him while lying, cheating or hurting others for personal gain. When words and actions do not match, it confuses people and gives God a bad reputation. True belief is shown through how we live, not just what we say. Using God’s name to excuse selfish or harmful behavior misrepresents faith and harms those around us. Every choice we make reflects our values. If we exploit others, speak falsely, or act without compassion, we are not honoring God. People notice hypocrisy, and when faith is misrepresented, it makes others question God’s goodness. Those who claim to follow Him should let their actions reflect honesty, fairness and care for others, showing that their belief is genuine. Many manipulate, lie and cheat while pretending God approves of their actions. This is especially damaging because it makes faith seem like a tool for personal gain instead of a guide for living well. Real faith calls for integrity and respect for others, not exploitation. By acting justly, speaking truthfully and treating people with kindness and respect, we honor God and set an example for others to follow. Saying we believe in God means nothing if our lives contradict it. Respect for God comes from living consistently with our words. The world does not need more excuses or hypocrisy, it needs real examples of faith in action. Each of us can make a difference by matching our actions with our beliefs and showing what true faith looks like. Peace and God's blessings.
