5/ In light of all of the above, we cannot justify maintaining two Twitter accounts, nor can we justify starting to pay for this one. For the time being, at least, we will continue to use our main account, @tenetnews, for TENET news and events. 🔇

4/ We've not had a single member of our community reach out to us about this feed since the last post on 2 April. We've taken that as a sign that it has outlived its usefulness.

Given the many recent changes at Twitter, we've decided to discontinue the @RENAlerts feed. You can instead subscribe to lists.tenet.ac.za/sympa/info/ren… to continue receiving operational information about the SA NREN. We will maintain our @tenetnews feed for the time being.
