The state banquet table (a mere 155 feet) is looking stunning tonight for the Nigerian State banquet at Windsor. It’s laden with locally-picked seasonal flowers and bathed in the light of 143 candles. Staff have been laying it out since Monday morning with 960 knives and forks!
