1/ The UK has consistently rejected Nicolas Maduro’s legitimacy, and called for a peaceful transition of power in Venezuela.
I have spoken to our Chargé in Caracas, and travel advice has now been updated to advise against all travel to Venezuela.

@ammarkazmi For weeks it appears that Sultana has been biting her lip while people behind the scenes have been briefing against her in an attempt to side line her. She decided to fight back and she is being stitched up as "the bad guy".
That's my take.

Corbyn and Sultana, and their teams, need to walk back on their public statements, quit with the threats and insults, and work out an acceptable compromise, which requires both of them to make sacrifices in the interests of the 800,000 who signed up.
We've been badly let down.

@SolHughesWriter @JamesEFoster Disagree. Corbyn made the wrong decision to go nuclear - call in lawyers against Zarah. She had to defend herself. Why should a young woman MP against 5 men, be the one to de-escalate? From what I read, Corbyn’s team coordinated against Zarah as co-leader. It was not meant to be.

1. After saying nothing for 7 months to correct the record on the meaning of his words to Nathan and Freedman, Vituscka signed a declaration in June to say that he mistakenly said "sexual assault" when he meant "sexual harassment".
Now he's saying he made it clear to Freedman and Nathan that Sloane never said "sexual assault" and he's lost his job because of it.
He's alleging Freedman and his clients misled the court.
Every filing of this guy that I've covered, I've questioned his honestly and whether he just changes his story depending on who he's talking to. This filing just solidifies that opinion.
