Last week, our Year 12 students visited Horace Walpole's spectacular neo-Gothic architectural creation, @strawbhillhouse, where Walpole's 'The Castle of Otranto' was printed. Students were able to delve into all things #Gothic - with talks on Dracula, Frankenstein and other texts

The week before half term, Year 9 were given a poetry writing challenge of 'If you were the young people's poet laureate, what would you be saying through poetry in February 2021?' We can now announce this competition winner and runner-up...
