RGS Ultimate

Good Ultimate needs good food. Was lovely to see the teams relaxing and chatting together on Saturday evening.

It was great to be able to take two teams to the UK Ultimate U14/U17 National Indoor Finals. The teams worked well together and were great company.

The team not only played well but helped support the U14 players too. Chatting to them and sharing their expertise. A great group of players who played their hearts out.

This placed us 6th nationally, which is the second highest we've ever finished and testament to the high quality Ultimate the team played across the tournament.

A great bunch with a bright future in the sport. We had some really positive comments from other players and coaches which is always nice.

The team did so well to beat their seeding and improve their understanding of the game. They were up against players who had played longer and trained more each week, so placing 8th nationally is a fantastic achievement and the highest finish we've ever had in this age group.

We also welcomed back last year's captains Asher and Rio who were able to return and represent the school. It was great to be able to add their experience to the team

Had a great weekend at UKU's Indoor U20 tournament. We played 7 games and won 5 placing 11th overall with a highlight being the win over Flux 1 in the pools.
