Thank you to @RGS_IBG for hosting Monday evening’s lecture in London.A pleasure to share the stage with Yadvinder Malhi, whose work continues to shape our understanding of tropical forests. I spoke about the Congo Basin’s forest ecosystems, their immense value and their role as planetary infrastructure helping secure a viable future for hundreds of millions of Africans.
