The NCAA Sport Oversight Committee did not to advance the recommendation, effectively killing the legislation where it should have been championed.
I want to know why.

I proposed nearly identical legislation at the @USTFCCCA convention last year. It was OVERWHELMINGLY approved by coaches, then ignored by our exec committee; many of whom were practicing the roster-building this legislation addresses.
This demands a discussion on leadership. ๐๐ป

Actually, we (@USTFCCCA D1 Executive Committee) voted UNANIMOUSLY in favor of this legislation. Even gave specific considerations to closing loopholes within our sport(s) to ensure continuity on all fronts. Youโre trying to villainize people that are overall in agreement w/ you.
