Every few days I am still checking my less useful Pandemic public health / virologist list that I created during Covid to see if avian flu pandemic yet. & latest in antibiotic resistance. My list is too politicized now vs sciencey, plus many left X in a huff. 🙄

@elonmusk She needs to get better fitting glasses! Having to adjust your glasses from sliding down your nose every 30 seconds (approx) while just sitting at a table talking is nuts!

⚠ WARNING Any American interference in the new maritime regime of the Strait of Hormuz will be considered a violation of the ceasefire. The Strait of Hormuz and the Persian Gulf would not be managed by Trump's delusional posts! No one would believe Blame Game scenarios!

@Shawn_Farash Sure we can mock other people's "god"s . As an atheist, I mock them all the time. Mocking another person's god is worse than the war with Iran? What this guy smoking? 🤣 Tucker's after Easter podcast was off the rails. He's playing at being some weird Bible preacher. Strange!

If you follow tools like Tucker Carlson, at this point it's because you love being lied to. Tucker says that he NEVER implied that Trump could be the Antichrist.. The interviewer then DIRECTLY QUOTES him saying that. The clip is clear as day... He DID say it. There's no disputing that whatsoever. THIS is what ACTUAL gaslighting looks like.

Iran has submitted a 14-point peace deal to the United States: ⏺️ Iran will remove the blockade from the Strait of Hormuz if the United States removes the blockade from the Gulf of Oman ⏺️ Permanent ceasefire/end of the war ⏺️ Unfreeze Iranian assets and remove sanctions against Iran ⏺️ Stop Israeli aggression in Lebanon and Gaza ⏺️ Compensation of $40 billion to Iran to rebuild infrastructure destroyed in U.S. and Israeli strikes ⏺️ Withdrawal of American soldiers, warships, and military bases from the Middle East ⏺️ Freedom for Iran to enrich uranium to fulfill energy requirements ⏺️ Guarantee of no future aggression against Iran ⏺️ Continuation of Iran’s missile program for future security ⏺️ Stop Saudi and Israeli attacks against Houthis in Yemen ⏺️ Stop action against pro-Iran forces in Iraq ⏺️ Public apology by the United States and Israel for attacking civilians in Iran ⏺️ Removal of Israeli forces from Gaza ⏺️ Release of Hamas and Hezbollah leaders by Israel Judging by these terms, it does not appear that they desire peace; rather, it seems they are looking for another conflict.

@HSRdirector My dad was a physician. He told all of his patients "Do not STEP onto a ladder after age 65." He had many, many stories of people who were set to enjoy a well earned retirement, slipped on a ladder, and were dead before their next birthday.

@HSRdirector Good advice. I realized recently that I am storing too many things in the attic that requires going up a ladder... and I probably should pay someone to just bring it all down and then get a storage unit or just declutter. I put things up there 20 to 30 years ago.

I’ve witnessed a lot of harm done to my patients from various expected things like cigarettes, guns etc but I never imagined how much harm I would see in my adult patients from ladders. LADDERS. so much devastation

I worked with ladders for decades without mishap. Was lucky and smart. While step ladders are definitely more hazardous, the two of my co-workers who were seriously injured both were on extension ladders set too 'broad' where the bottom was set too far away from the wall or gutter. It's easier than one might think for the bottom of the ladder to start slipping away out from under you and once it starts, it won't stop. Aside from following the 4 to 1 rule I would tie off the top of my ladder at every opportunity and even the bottom when I could. A quick and dirty check is to note that as a general guideline, extension ladders are designed so the top of the individual rungs (steps) of the ladder will be level (parallel to the ground) when the ladder is placed properly.

I asked Grok: High-Commission Sales (easiest "no skills" entry point) Solar/energy sales, car sales, insurance, or B2B tech sales. Skilled Trades via Apprenticeships (best "paid training" route). Look up union apprenticeships Elevator/escalator installer & repairer: ~$106k (top 10% over $ 149k). Electrical power-line installer/repairer: ~$92k+ (overtime common) Politics is one of the better (if not the best) fits for your exact criteria. Many roles don't require formal skills, advanced intelligence, or credentials—you can enter with basically nothing beyond ambition, charisma/persistence, good messaging, and networking ability. No degree, tests, or prior "skills" required. You file to run, campaign, and get votes.

Folks, Carlson is, in my opinion, mentally ill. That’s the explanation.  Not complicated.  What he says.  Incessant lying and conspiracies. Obsessive hatred of Israel and Jews. His speech pattern and odd rambling. Strange cackling. Wild mood swings.  And all the rest.

Tucker tells the NYT that President Trump puts a literal “spell” on people to “weaken them and make them compliant” and it might be “supernatural.” 🤡

"It's like smoking hash." said Tucker Carlson about mental effects of being in the presence of Donald Trump. I think maybe we have the answer to what has happened to Tucker Carlson?!! Googling: What does "smoking hash" mean? "Smoking hash" refers to consuming hashish, a concentrated form of cannabis made by collecting and compressing the resin glands (trichomes) of the plant. "What are trichomes on marijuana?" "Trichomes are tiny, hair-like, crystalline resin glands on cannabis plants that produce cannabinoids (THC, CBD) and terpenes. Trichomes are separated from the plant to create concentrates like hash, kief, and rosin." "What is kief? "Kief refers to the accumulated, powdery resin glands (trichomes) detached from cannabis flowers, often collected in the bottom chamber of a grinder." "What are terpenes?" goodrx.com/health-topic/c… "What are the effects of smoking hash?" High-dose, long-term use is associated with a risk of developing or worsening mental health conditions, including hallucinations, schizophrenia, and other psychoses. Short-term: High, intoxication, euphoria, disinhibition, cognitive distortion, panic, paranoia. Long-term: Cognitive impairment, apathy, amotivational syndrome, substance-induced psychosis.

Think we have an answer to Tucker?! Smoking hash induces euphoria, relaxation, & altered sensory perception. Negative impacts include anxiety, paranoia, panic attacks, impaired memory, & difficulty concentrating. Chronic use is linked to apathy &, in severe cases, psychosis. (Google)

In an interview with The New York Times, Tucker Carlson argued that Trump has a “supernatural component” to him that makes those in his close proximity obedient and docile. Carlson said he experienced this effect firsthand, likening it to smoking hash. “And I think it probably literally is a spell. And the effect is to weaken people around him and make them more compliant and more confused. And I’ve experienced this myself. You spend a day with Trump and you’re in this kind of dreamland. It’s like smoking hash or something. It’s interesting, very interesting.” Follow: @AFpost

It's hard to know how many people on here are trying to manufacture a false narrative about Tucker Carlson's New York Times interview vs. simply suffer from a form of Tucker Derangement Syndrome. Either way there seems to be an effort to avoid - and encourage others to avoid - the whole 90 minute interview in favor of random out-of-context clips... a willful ignorance machine. But it's part of the X bubble. Tucker is brilliant, compelling, and one of the most influential forces in media. You don't have to agree with all - or even most - of what he says to see that clearly: youtube.com/watch?v=2tpMkU…
