Long car ride home so, fuck it! STORYTIME! The Gathering Winners - Project Swede (Rehn) It all began when @RipyVAL saw a LFT post of a 13 yr old me in 2021, a player in immortal, he shot me a message and we both turned out to be Swedish, he at the time was looking for players but since i was just 13, I was just a sub - he saw the potential and kept me under his radar. When I turned 16 I had no offers to go with and we were on good terms and so i stuck with him. The first competing roster under @SweP_VAL with me got to playoffs in @Onlineligan but fell short to @5StarsEsport, that loss made us change roster in hope of a stronger one for next season. The loss also gave me a friend called @RICHi_fps which is relevant for later. And so we picked up the legendary roster the ”swep-boys” @LlamaWAutism, my brother @kappi_vlr and with igl @RipyVAL stepping down to coach we needed an igl and so we picked up @Colbing13. Colbing that had a previous experience with a mentalcoach also invited him to the project after he felt the chemistry in the team. @MentalCoachAko came to become a vital part of our team. Practice started and the motivation was high, the praccs were high intensity and we were playing… our style, so called Turk-style. ”Swing, swing, swing”. @Onlineligan season 2 started and we started out strong with our Strongest opponents first, @LundEsports and then @GODSENT, we went in to these games… feeling like we didn’t have anything to lose since in our minds at the time we were a top 3 team, we thought we only would beat them in playoffs. But me and Scooby dropped 1,5 rating against them and so we already had overperformed on our expectations. Season went on and we tied and won all the games but never lost, until - Ripy came across a twitch ad. A qualifier to The Gathering? But it was the next day.. we still played it with a felling it probably was a scam. We played it and scooby literally dropped masterclass deluxe. I still vividly remember him dropping 30 on the last game of the qualifier. Qualifying us to Norway. It was so fucking hype and I will never forget the feeling and the look on their faces when I went up the stairs to tell my parents - I’ve just qualified for a free trip to Norway. I think the qualifier was about two months before the actual tournament and motivation was high and we kept on grinding but obstacles would be in the way, everything from mental health to my battle against my volleyball-pilled parents. My grandpa passing etc. It was rough but we fought through in the hopes of making it far in the tournament. We were getting closer and closer but me and scooby had lots of school and I had volleyball and closing into the tournament we had limit time praccing, we also had our last @Onlineligan match two days before we went to Norway. Against the worst team in Sweden at the time. And we lost. Rock bottom. We just hit rock bottom right before our most important tournament in our lives. The team feeling was weird. We lost to… them? We couldn’t really do much since Scooby one of his most important exam in his education. Well we couldn’t do anything about it so why whine? We forgot about it and moved on. (1/2)

One of the best organizations out there in high T3 ❤️ I hope they get some sponsors ASAP. They have been putting in the hard work for a long time. Ive known the managers for nearly a year. Ill be honest they are kind, helpful and transparent. ( They were fast w payments, too)
