@ring are there issues with live view? Front door and kitchen cannot load live view. Have disconnected and reconnected to WIFI, deleted and reinstalled app, tried all options within help centre. Please advise as we are paying for a service that is not fit for purpose!

@ring please help. No matter how strong or how many times we reset the WiFi our back ring bell errors out 90%-100% of the day. Our other one that we got at the same time mostly works fine although it’s having some periods of blank time as well.

@ring Could you program or allow the ai to recognize familiar animals. The camera is absolutely great to overlook our farm animals, but it would be nice to not get 5k alerts a day about our flock while still being alerted to predatory animals or other animals that don't belong.

@ring I just want my money back so I can feel safe. I’m disabled and my kids want to keep an eye on me. This equipment works half the time and I was also paying for a year service for videos. They would not upload

@ring Ring doorbell just recording static/white noise on recordings and live view. Done everything required to check settings, rebooted (+hard reset) doorbell, good wifi, reset router. Doorbell is faulty.. pse advise
