Car got broken into last night and ofc my @ring security camera somehow magically didn't pick anything up between 8pm and 7am, not a single notification or anything. Most useless and expensive security device ever created. Do not buy. If you have it, get rid of it.

@ring I know mine only does 2.4 so my question was- do Ring offer a doorbell with 5Ghz connectivity option. ?

@ring have you enabled 5Ghz wifi yet ? Really want to turn this 2.4 off the door bell is 2.4 only ? May have to look for a different device going forward if not

Its bad enough that you make everyone who has had RING DOORBELL almost since the start, pay to make it work now. Your commercial is a lie now. I don't have you SUB. I can only see if someone is at the door. You doorbell doesn't even ring, let alone everything else.

Amazing how a multi-million dollar company like @ring can have such terrible UX in their app/website that it doesn’t let you subscribe to their pro package… like I’m trying to give you money & you’re not letting me - crazy!
This page opens whenever I click to upgrade and it’s a dead page with info about the plan… and says “plans can’t be managed in the ring app” and there’s nowhere to click!! Madness.

@ring Had to unplug my Stick Up Gen 3 Cam, remove battery and plug it back in to get back "Online." The other issue I have this with this cam is that sometimes it takes a long time to open Live View. This problem doesn't occur with my Outdoor Cam Plus. Always connected, fast Live View

Having major issues with @ring doorbell, seemed to loose connection so iv tried recharging and reconnecting, rebooting etc but it still won’t connect @virginmedia
