It's a celebratory #RIOtrial participant feedback meeting today! As Prof @sarahfidler4 explains, recruitment has completed and we are closer to being able to report the first findings of the study by early next year.

#AIDS2024 @PennyZach1 and @jnim87 present their poster comparing #BNAB sensitivity prediction outcomes using blood or gut proviral DNA and rebound plasma RNA in people treated during primary HIV infection.

More #HIVcure posters at #AIDS2024 #bNAb sensitivity testing in the @RIOtrial of long-acting 3BNC-117 and 10-1074 in PLWHIV started on ART in acute infection. Proviral DNA on ART and plasma RNA at time of viral rebound was tested using NIH or Rockerfeller models.
