Tonight, the first Ceremony of the Keys took place at the Tower of London, with the @RoyalNavy_RBLX as the guard. Followed by an inspection with HRH The Duke of Cambridge, AlbertWellesley in attendance.

This afternoon members of the Royal Irish Regiment conducted riot training with the Met Police and the Parachute Regiment.

What we did this week: •Joint operations with Taiwan •Sharpened our aim with Firearms Instructor Graham •Conducted air assault exercises Be a part of something bigger, join Paras.

Today marks the first inspection to be lead by the newly promoted Colonel @gendalorf ! Our total attendance also managed to beat all the other branches of the BAF in attendance! Congratulations to Gendalorf and the Parachute Regiment for their dedication!

Announced last night was the departure of Farmer_Fintan as he returns to his ASM position. We would also like to announce the promotion of WilliamBlackwood to RSM, ColmLas to CSM and Charlie Podge to 2nd Lt. We would like to thank fintan for his dedication to the regiment.

Dublin Castle has been named the Home Garrison for the Royal Irish Regiment. The Regiment as a whole are proud to receive this honour and are proud to be closer to their regimental heritage.

BREAKING NEWS RSM CharliePodge of the royal irish regiment has also **DIED** to a IED after attempting to urinate on it.

Tonight, members of the 16th Air Assault Brigade from Royal Irish Regiment, Parachute Regiment and 7th Royal Horse Artillery conducted a patrol in Afghanistan, where they came under contact, however no casualties were recorded.
