The study tackles the challenge of extracting structured knowledge from provenance records, #museum registries and reports of stolen artefacts. The authors developed and fine-tuned #NLP models capable of transforming complex, unstructured texts into analysable #data.

🔍 The RITHMS team has developed 30 customised web scrapers to extract data from online repositories of:
-Stolen goods -Missing artefacts
-Protected & unprovenanced items
Consolidated into the largest OSINT dataset of its kind outside law enforcement.
