So much wrong with this!!! 1). William spoke about having scone, cream and jam only yesterday. So the insanely jealous sister in law just had to post a picture of a scone with cream and her version of "jam". 2) that's not jam. It's slop!! 3) who puts whipped cream into a jam jar to serve it? Yuck. Who wants to dip into a jar of cream that someone else has dipped into? 4) we do NOT serve scones like that here in the UK. You don't put the top half on the bottom half. You eat them separately. 5) why have a traditional English treat as a "memorial Day" thing.... That's just odd!!! In my opinion, that scone needs a dusting of icing sugar on it.
