@RJaredR17 I can appreciate that. I was vegan for about 3 years in an attempt to fix some health stuff, so I have had my fair share of almond milk, rice milk, soy milk, etc. I actually am doing a lot better since I went back to real milk and dairy. Go figure. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Egg whites. Oatmeal. Yogurt. Lots of coffee. Gym. Trying to be better at Breakfast, but really need to force myself to eat in the morning.

@IronAngabel Same. The premier protein coffee one isn’t nearly as good.

@RJaredR17 Yeah. I was upset when I couldn't find them anymore. I have tried other coffee proteins, but this is the only one I have liked.

Has anyone tried these? I'm tempted, but I am curious if they are any good.

I cut out dairy a couple years ago to attempt to address some health issues I was having. Let me be clear here: I LOVE DIARY!! I reluctantly agreed to try it and within DAYS I was feeling so so much better. All the gut bloating was GONE. Headaches almost completely eliminated. My sciatic nerve pain, GONE. Dairy wreaks havoc inside the body. I now eat/drink it very sparingly. I can tell when I do. Give it a shot. I think you’ll see welcome changes in your body from it.
