Went to Domino's Pizza at 9 PM… thought I’d grab a pizza and garlic bread in 15–20 minutes. But what I got instead was a 1.5-hour patience test. After 45 minutes, I asked about my order — response: “Please wait…” Same line again and again… and before I knew it, 90 minutes were gone. Things got so bad that customers started walking into the kitchen. When I did the same, one staff member (Chandan) shouted — “Go out!” / “Go outside!” So now the customer is the problem? Service = 0 Behavior = 0 Management = Negative And when the order finally arrived — the pizza was undercooked, cheese not properly melted, and completely cold. After such a long wait, this is the quality? On top of that, staff casually said — “Counter is closed” without any prior notice. What kind of management is this? Domino’s, a big brand name isn’t enough… the ground reality matters too. If you can’t fix the service, what’s the point of running such outlets? Customer time ≠ free resource. Respect it.
