How are shops getting away with selling vapes to kids in the UK? Frontline trading standards officers tell Channel 4 News some businesses defy evictions and have links to organised crime. An enforcement team from Dudley in the West Midlands that’s closed down nearly 40 mini mart style shops in a year says it’s also discovered chilling signs of child exploitation at many of the businesses they’ve taken action against. The previous owner of the shop featured in this report, who we filmed, told us he disputes the Trading Standards allegations and denies the shop has acted illegally.

GLASGOW Vape shop functioned on the black market 1. The shop doesn't appear on ScotGov's register of tobacco-vape retailers, required by law. 2. The shop failed to pay over £10,000 in city business rates last year. 3. Fire began from an over-loaded vape charger kept under a counter. 3. ScotGov will make funds available to help the council in the aftermath clearance. 4. Central Station remains closed by appears to have avoided serious damage. 5. Low level trains will pass through the station to stop at Argyle Street and Anderston stations. 6. The city that voted overwhelmingly 'Yes' in the Referendum retains the 'Union' Street name.
