It's hard to believe. Hell, I still don't believe it. Definitely still feels like a "I'll believe it when I see it." when it comes to the Bears going to Indiana. That being said: It feels clear that no matter what Illinois does, financially, they won't be able to put together a better offer than Indiana. Maybe I'm wrong but it feels that way. So it comes down to 2 things, in my opinion: How much is sentimental value of the Bears staying in Illinois worth to George McCaskey/Kevin Warren? Can Illinois make an offer close enough to Indiana to convince the Bears to stay in Illinois despite it not being the best deal financially?
