what moral quandaries has jon endured? how is jon's story not the most stereotypical fantasy hero arc? if you enjoy that character then dont act like you care about grrm's nuance

asoiaf is a high fantasy set in a different world.
there’s is not a corresponding plotline, character, character arc not even a corresponding trope really. which is not surprising given they’re two entirely different genres.

@bloodonacross House Hightower literally built their tower on a block of oily black stone. How could they have gotten that if Valyria didn’t exist? Valyria is older than house Hightower.
