@hosea606666 The whole concept of cutting yourself and making changes screams insecurity. It says a lot about your drive to make changes, your weakened drive to invest in yourself (gym & diet), your haste for material gain and the priority you place on [artificial] appearances.

Honestly, why should someone go through all that pain trying to please a man, only for him to later dump you for another woman who probably doesn’t even have the body you’re trying so hard to get through these painful surgeries? A woman’s beauty is not just about physical appearance,it’s about her character.
