I've been watching ball before you were given birth. Barcelona and Madrid have different playing patterns, which is why it's easy to rate a barcelona player over madrid player. Talking about Valverde and De Jong, it's even an unhealthy comparison because they both have different positions and playing pattern, but comparing De Jong to Valverde because he scored Hatrick in the champions league means we should compare Fermin Lopez with Vini Jr. Does that even make sense, De Jong is a defensive midfielder and Barcelona playing style make it rare for midfielder to play shot or score, but there are fountain of goal scoring in football which are completed passes, duel won and lot more, that's where you'll see De Jong.
