@RMCamposs @KingHost Helpdesk requiring the same auth that's down is the worst design. Can't report the outage because the outage broke the reporting tool. For VPS hosts, run an external monitor on separate infra — you'll know before their green status page admits it.

Yup. @KingHost is down. However, their status page shows all green. Unable to use any service, VPS, panel, or helpdesk, because the helpdesk needs panel and login flow to authenticate the support chat #kinghost #down #downdetector

@KingHost seems to be up again. Likely a general DNS issue on their cluster. #kingHost
