@RiloOmega @AngelusHector He's like the modern day Shane Douglas. Completely average ring presence but has some sort of passion on the mic, even if it's cheap stuff they're spouting. That's the definition of mid, IMO at least

@RiloOmega @AngelusHector LOL. Yeah I remember that "Duuudddde...this is like Austin 3:16 all over again! He said "fuck" and "shit" yo!" Even before that they were all over him. His debut entrance was the worst thing I ever seen.

@RiloOmega @AngelusHector He's the type of guy who would be given a decent storyline feud (he could've been the bully of Indy Shitters in mid-card WWE) but would fizzle out afterwards. He's like the quintessential one storyline guy. But that never happened. He's more like a "what if" mid

My generation was extremely lucky in many respects. We were born right at the end of the Cold War, so no anxiety about the Bomb, and we grew up before there was any climate-change hysteria. But of course it’s not just ideology driving this. It’s the food, social media…
Children’s Health Defense@ChildrensHD

RFK Jr. says we are raising the most anxious generation of children ever. “The level of anxiety in these kids is something that I’ve never seen before in my life.” “It just seems to me from my own observations that the anxiety levels are off the chart.” “They’re almost disabling in many of these kids.” @SecKennedy

@aidannonx Yep. COVID cooked me and co-horts. The prime of my youth after college and I had to sit indoors and wear masks. I'll never recover from this. Don't gimme that "it's never too late" bullshit. My formative years are gone.

A lot of the guys I know who have told me they struggled with same sex attraction, and I would extrapolate this to the other men who struggle in general, aside from this issue, were all guys who didn't have the context of male friendship or fraternity Lack of a masculine dad, brother, sports teams, and friends. Their sexuality was impaired because they had no context for close fraternal bonds, making it a category similar to the attraction they felt for women. Once they were able to grasp their masculinity, it went away I would imagine a lot of guys struggle with a lack of these bonds just generally, they feel ineffective, boring job, lonely, no purpose or competition, no camaraderie, nobody to confide in A lot of them are very obviously seeking to join political extremist cults or ideologies in which they can receive an identity and sympathy in exchange for loyalty, and in doing so, many of them just confuse this new identity for what they are seeking, especially since it is relegated to the online. Not to mention that many of these things just won't suffice for a full male friendship I will say, there is a group of guys who are groypers nearby, and they took the initiative to just do things. Naturally, there were more bookish, reserved, gaming/online-type guys, but there were also older, go-out-to-bars, go-out-to-eat, play-sports-type people I drifted towards. The one thing that really became a substitute for the founding of the group was that we would all go to Mass, and it was something we would sometimes go to together and we had to share together This is actually how I met @basedspinach and a few other mutuals on here Males need fraternal bonds. These guys introduced me to a Catholic intramural sports league, a Catholic professional networking group, and they were involved in their metro areas' Catholic parishes Not to be too corny, but young men in groups in war bands, with the routine of being away for long periods of time, with only each other, gradually turning this into different rituals and activities You should have guys you go to the bars with, go watch or play sports with, that you go on dates or go meet women with -- I met the best girl ever, going to a concert with my best friend, and that was our thing, just going out to chase girls. We eventually went out with these girls again, and she became the best girlfriend ever. These are things you will cherish. Men need to have these bonds, and it is crucial for their development and sense of self
Ryan Lee@honorablesaint

I think a big reason why young men are so messed up is that they didn't grow up with a group of guy friends, were part of a team, or would hang with just the guys. Covid made this even more difficult. When women are present, the whole dynamic changes instantly. School, work, activities, hangouts. Women are always around. Even in the "streaming" world now, it is dominated by socially awkward losers made millionaires and spend their time surrounding themselves with tons of women who are just there for clout, money and status. So these guys think that's what is normal and should be attained. This is why the sensitive young man meme is so true. If you didn't grow up with a strong group of guys or on a team, then you were never truly challenged as a man. Men attack and expose your weakness, but for the groups benefit. You're fat? Your boys will call you Churro. You can lose all the weight and that nickname will still be yours forever. You're clowning him because he's one the guys and tough love is how men roll. When women are around suddenly you get "Omg guys that's so mean how could you call him Churro!" It's antithetical to masculinity. The women wouldn't call their fat friend Churro, and in fact, they'd call her beautiful and super funny ummm actually! This will seep into your social dynamic the more women are around all the time. Bros need to be bros again. Even gyms are dominated by half naked chicks vying for your attention. The UFC is infected by that one broad doing all the interviews and rolling around on mats with the fighters for promotional. They're everywhere. The never ending feminization of society.

Pat Stedman | Dating & Relationship Coach for Men
Will repeat what I said on this the other day - Top 20% of men are always highly sought after Next 30% in practice also genuinely attracts women, though they have less / worse options It is the NEXT 30% that is facing extinction, the "beta" group women would settle for in order to get social standing or provisioning I see no hope for them. There's absolutely no incentive for women to choose them anymore They either need to evolve and learn how to create emotions in women or accept it's over
Jake Kozloski@jakozloski

The core manosphere claim conflates two things. First: female mate selection is more selective than male selection. True, and well-documented in evolutionary psychology. Second: women only want the top 10-15% of men. False, and contradicted by historical marriage rates and speed-dating research. Treating these as equivalent drives most of the bad analysis in this space. The first is biology. The second is a generalization from behavior in the limited, artificial environment of swipe apps.

I went back to the FBI crime stats of 1956 10% of the population and made up 60% of violent crime. There was no rap music in 1956. 78% of blacks were married.

Blacks and foreigners committing crime is seen as part of their nature. “They don’t know better.” “They are victims of circumstance or society.” Whites who are charged with crimes are seen as society’s most deprived villains without any possible explanation or justification - they are simply evil. From Austin Metcalf to Daniel Penny to Chud, any interaction with a black that isn’t submitting to them, the risk of being killed or thrown in prison looms. In reality, the only pattern of systemic injustice is that at any time a black or foreigner can claim a white committed racism and therefore anything done after is justified. The courts and media all fully agree. It doesn’t matter what Chud said or didn’t say, he’d be accused of it either way, like Henry Nowak was. Finally, the point of free speech is to protect politically transgressive ideas. And attacking the idea that there is some sacred magical word or population by mocking it openly is a modern example of what is protected by design. You do not need legal protection for parroting state sponsored slogans and ideas — much to liberal chagrin with their fantasies of “resistance.” This case has nearly every critical political issue we are dealing with wrapped into one insane event. If you were writing a fictional example to lay modern legal and political hypocrisies bare, you couldn’t do much better than the Chud case and the Nowak situation. RIP Henry and Godspeed Dalton
