Generic Congressional Ballot is tied at 47%. @RMG_Research survey of 3,000 RV Conducted July 29-31. Congressional Republicans outperform @realDonaldTrump by 9 points among voters under 35. Generic Rs attract 19% of Black vote. Trump gets 12. The numbers suggest the race remains tight and that Harris is enjoying a convention-type bounce before the convention. We're still a couple of weeks away from getting a good read on the race for the White House.
