@BristolAirport 500-600 people queuing at security check. Only 2 out of 10 lanes open. Loads of people panicking about gates closing and missing flights. Staff telling them they should buy Fastrack. Nice one Bristol. Why not open more lanes - just a £££ grab maybe?
