🚨New preprint from our lab! We map the RNA interactions in E. coli infected by lambda, revealing an RNA-driven regulatory layer in phage-host dynamics. We find a phage-encoded sRNA hijacking host replication machinery, impacting the phage cycle.#microbiology #phages @MeetingRna
