@ConkyOCE I think there’s a misunderstanding of duties under the Health and Safety Act from many organisations and events who expect workers to operate unreasonably long hours

I’m always in two minds when players complain about long days, because it seems like they disregard the talent & production who don’t do any complaining. I don’t particularly like 3 x BO3’s in one day, but i’ve worked enough 16-20 hour days in esports to build up the stamina.

@RNDLx I always liked the comparison (I think you mentioned it to me). Lots of people who swim at the beach, but not many competitive swimmers (yet). I've seen a lot of people who think they're not good enough to participate in esports, a lot of barriers to break.
