Nursing America back to our roots. You may not like the medicine delivery, but taking it will make our country better. *opinions mine only

Doctor: Your LDL is elevated. Given your age and the new guidelines, we should discuss statins. Patient: I'm 31. I exercise. I'm not overweight. Doctor: Your 10-year risk puts you in the borderline category. Patient: What's driving the LDL? Doctor: Genetics, diet... Patient: My fasting insulin is 4. My triglycerides are 68. My HDL is 82. My CRP is undetectable. Doctor: The LDL is still elevated. Patient: So the transport vehicle is high while every single inflammatory marker is optimal. And that concerns you. Doctor: The number... Patient: Which number? Because the ones that actually predict outcomes all look perfect. Doctor: I'd still like to discuss statins. Patient: I'd like to discuss why you're looking at the wrong number.

@DrBPHealth According to the American Heart Association (ACS) 2026 recommendations, traditional cholesterol measurement is no longer the sole criterion for assessing heart disease; the focus is now primarily on Apo(B) and Lp(a) indices as determinants of risk.

There is no ethically valid reason to ever prescribe an SSRI

50 grams of protein is why everyone comes in with malnutrition. Your body can't work properly if your albumin levels are low, which is a direct result of not eating enough protein. 300 grams of carbs causes extreme inflammation and is linked to metabolic syndrome, which most of the obese population has. But, sure, being fat and following dietary guidelines like this is healthy.....

I am still amazed how quickly Covid got memory-holed. All the governments locking people in their homes, sending them to weird quarantine camps, businesses kicking people out for not wearing masks, masks that ultimately polluted our land and oceans beyond comprehension, being ostracized and labeled a "disease" if you didn't get the shot. People dying alone in hospitals for no reason. Terrible protocols that murdered people. Warp speeded shots injuring a maiming those convinced they were just doing what was right. So much made up and corrupt "science," complete nonsense dictating our lives while the truth was completely censored and suppressed online... so many lives destroyed from just so much evil taking place all at one time... it was truly crimes against humanity on a global scale. And not a one person ever questioned, tried, jailed, or held accountable for any of it anywhere. Just one day... **poof** ... like it never even happened. Move along. It's all been swept under the rug. Are you still talking about that? Forget about it already. 😐 It's truly mind bending. I'll never ever get over it.

I worked in the very hospitals you claimed were overrun. We were canceling nursing contracts. We were asking nurses to take PTO. We didn't have enough work. The very hospital I worked for shipped their COVID pts to another hospital, which wasn't even considered a big hospital where ALL that specific hospital systems COVID pts were being taken care of So, speaking on things you know nothing about.

Never dangerous enough, you say. So you were not in the hospital's ICU, which were overwhelmed, when our healthcare system was almost broken, and had to cancel elective operations? You never knew that, as we were wearing lots of protective gear and seeing some of our colleagues die, while you sat quietly in the sun away from people contemplating. Never heard of "flattening the curve" and when we showed it worked, by not only predicting we could have only 100,000 deaths by Memorial Day, and we did, you didn't notice or celebrate that model. Yes - you were blind, and now you spew this drivel here.

My claim is that Covid was never dangerous enough to call for a state of emergency yet alone a brand new first of its kind gene therapy. With an IFR of 0.05 for people under 70 the only thing that should have happened was encouraging a healthy lifestyle with lots of sunlight exposure. My source for this claim is the World Health Organization

@DrMcFillin What's so weird is the push for meds, specifically SSRIs, postpartum instead of the acknowledgement that there are MASSIVE hormone change that are going to jack with women's mental health. Why medicate a transient situation??

I have spoken to so many postpartum mom's who were pushed to take an SSRI. Many report the same thing... "It made me numb"... This impacted bonding, responsiveness to their baby's needs and emotional attunement. Emotional blunting is not mental health care.

Watching another committee hearing from the KBON and I am absolutely embarrassed to be represented by this board. Especially when they have been brought to the public with their wrong doings and DENYING they did anything wrong!! This whole cluster is so embarrassing and makes it very clear that a lot of the disciplinary actions against nurses is 100% fueled to have increased funding for KBON. #KBON #favoriteksnurse #ksleg
