Nursing America back to our roots. You may not like the medicine delivery, but taking it will make our country better. *opinions mine only

62-year-old patient comes in for a second opinion. Total cholesterol: 278 mg/dl LDL: 192 mg/dl 😱 His primary doctor panicked and shipped him off to a cardiologist. Cardiologist wants a statin and a plant-based diet. I looked at the full picture and here is what I found… 🧵

Doctor: Your LDL is elevated. Given your age and the new guidelines, we should discuss statins. Patient: I'm 31. I exercise. I'm not overweight. Doctor: Your 10-year risk puts you in the borderline category. Patient: What's driving the LDL? Doctor: Genetics, diet... Patient: My fasting insulin is 4. My triglycerides are 68. My HDL is 82. My CRP is undetectable. Doctor: The LDL is still elevated. Patient: So the transport vehicle is high while every single inflammatory marker is optimal. And that concerns you. Doctor: The number... Patient: Which number? Because the ones that actually predict outcomes all look perfect. Doctor: I'd still like to discuss statins. Patient: I'd like to discuss why you're looking at the wrong number.

Your doctor says your cholesterol is too high. But did they check your inflammatory markers? My guess is "no" they didn't. But they really should if they want to address the true cause. Simply put, high cholesterol isn't the problem—it's your body's adaptive response to chronic inflammation. The cholesterol is there to help repair the damaged inner linings of you blood vessels. Fix the inflammation first. The cholesterol levels naturally normalize in 98%+ of cases. If you want to learn more, I share more details in this article: drbrandonpettke.substack.com/p/high-cholest…

"Boomers had it way easier buying houses." They also dined out like 3 times a year, never traveled, and worked overtime all the time.

It’s painful to even look at this shit... this is what they are teaching high school kids! Our system is fucked, doctors, medical organizations, trainers, textbooks LC dietitians... ALL FUCKED

A new study shows just one single COVID shot was associated with… 1. A 34% increase in colorectal cancer risk 2. A 54% increase in breast cancer risk 3. A 62% increase in bladder cancer risk Compared to the unvaccinated.

Never dangerous enough, you say. So you were not in the hospital's ICU, which were overwhelmed, when our healthcare system was almost broken, and had to cancel elective operations? You never knew that, as we were wearing lots of protective gear and seeing some of our colleagues die, while you sat quietly in the sun away from people contemplating. Never heard of "flattening the curve" and when we showed it worked, by not only predicting we could have only 100,000 deaths by Memorial Day, and we did, you didn't notice or celebrate that model. Yes - you were blind, and now you spew this drivel here.

My claim is that Covid was never dangerous enough to call for a state of emergency yet alone a brand new first of its kind gene therapy. With an IFR of 0.05 for people under 70 the only thing that should have happened was encouraging a healthy lifestyle with lots of sunlight exposure. My source for this claim is the World Health Organization
