To break up the scale of the building, we split the building into two masses united by a striking double-height lobby.

One of Egleston Square's first buildings (and the first large-scale residential!), 3200 Washington connected the "urban wild" with the adjacent residential neighborhood & set the precedent for Washington St and its public realm. #Residential #Multifamily #JamaicaPlainMA

The pizza-to-go area features casual counter seating along the window, while the full service dining room serves up green velvet banquettes, stained oak tables and painted tin ceiling tiles.

The project celebrates the site’s historic past, with the northern condominium block rising like granite from the former quarry, and the southern rental block folded away from the street edge to open up a generous landscaped courtyard.
