Being known for your insane work ethic is such an honor. It means you're putting in so much effort that no one can deny it or ignore it. You must be dedicated to your studies. You must be passionate about mastering the material. You must have a true craving for knowledge. You have to put in long hours day after day after day. You will earn the top spot in your class because you're putting in top spot work ethic. You will receive an A+ on your exams because you're putting in A+ work ethic. Make such a large gap that no one can even come close to you. If a survey is conducted where they ask your classmates, "who studies the hardest?", make sure that you're the uncontested #1 champ. Be the shining example. Be the one they aspire to emulate.

for all you know, this could be your last summer. as homer wrote, you will never be lovelier than you are right now. so tell her she has a pretty smile. get lean or become a unit. find wonder in boarding the airplane. drink more coffee than you need. walk on the beach until your feet hurt. write your girlfriend a note on a tuesday. waste money because its not all about retirement. pull over at the lookout. ask the uber driver about his life. tell the woman in the elevator you like her shoes and mean it. call your mother. ask the waiter his favorite thing on the menu and order that. theres so much life in the slow moments, and you sprint past it chasing the next thing. but at any time, in any situation, you can find the good. smile. be happy. recognize it for a one of one life experience. what good is walking around a curmudgeon when tomorrow could be curtains. for heavens sake, flirt with the world.

there is an incredibly simple way to figure out if someone actually likes you: ask them to hang out. if they like you, they’ll say yes & suggest a time. if they don’t, they’ll pretend to be busy, & you should never talk to them again.

The moving man, shouldn't because of the fear of uncertainties, decide to stop moving. The moving man is allowed to take pauses, in between his movements. He should take the bold risks of detours, hitchhiking and redirections. The moving man should keep moving, regardless.

Intellectual humility is very important. When you’re smart, people will notice and some might start treating you differently. You might start getting preferential treatment and admiration. It is important that you don’t let this get into your head. Always approach life like a beginner. There’s always stuff new stuff to learn. Without intellectual humility, you might end up being a bigot. No one likes those.

Stop smoking weed.🌿🔥 I mean “stop burning it,” because many of you are wasting premium fertilizer. Look at this carefully. This plant grows aggressively, survives harsh conditions, competes strongly with crops, and pulls nutrients from deep inside the soil; places many crops may never even reach. Now think about it: 🌱 First, these plants are nutrient miners. They absorb nutrients from different soil levels and store them in their stems and leaves. 🌱 Secondly, they already contain the materials needed for leaves, roots, stems, flowers, and fruits. So when they are properly composted, those nutrients return to the soil. 🌱 Thirdly, they grow FAST. And plants that grow aggressively usually contain strong growth hormones, enzymes, and compounds that support rapid growth and survival. That means: ✔ organic matter ✔ biomass ✔ essential nutrients ✔ support for microbial activity All going back into your soil instead of disappearing in smoke. However, DO NOT compost the ones that have already produced seeds, unless you want to accidentally create a weed plantation on your farm. 😀 Remove the seeds first if possible. Some of the best fertilizers are simply “plants people ignore.” With that said… Stop smoking weed.

I am Nigerian, and right now my dream is bigger than me. Only about 1% of global electronics manufacturing happens in Africa. That means millions of African innovators are building the future using ecosystems that don't account for them. Brilliant minds wait weeks for a single prototype PCB to cross oceans, stalled by borders and supply chains that ignore our shores. When iteration takes months instead of days, innovation suffocates. That gap has consequences. It keeps us as consumers of tech rather than creators. So at SkyPower / CircuitCraft, we are deciding to build towards changing it. We are completely rebuilding the hardware prototyping infrastructure right here in Nigeria. Local manufacturing. Precision engineering. Rapid iteration. We are putting the power to design, spin, and deploy production-grade hardware directly into the hands of African builders. The dream is bigger than us—but we are building the foundation anyway. 🇳🇬⚙️

When I interview candidates, I always ask about their willingness to work in the factory. One said he was a researcher, not a factory worker, so I asked how he measured part-to-part variance for a part on his resume. He could not explain. All he had done was training without considering the data distribution from different manufacturing processes. In our realm, you do whatever it takes to understand a problem. If it involves chemistry, you learn chemistry. If it involves aerodynamics, you learn aerodynamics. There is nothing you cannot learn or do. Thus, the distinction between research and engineering is extremely blurred.

Rainbow Bridge College will be starting in Enugu this September. It’s a day secondary school with a unique curriculum of “practicals first” approach. Students will be outstanding. Teachers are needed across many subjects and the remuneration are very competitive with minimal workload. If you are interested apply here rainbowbridge.educare.school/job-applicatio… I’m a board member of this great school. The school is located at the center of Enugu Central Business District, Independence Layout Enugu.

If you're wondering like me, why we'd export bones. Cattle bones are primary raw material for collagen and gelatin used in food (gummies), pharmaceuticals (capsules) and beauty industry. China has it, we don't, and that can be fixed. Animal feed and bone meal Fertilizer Etc etc.
Yu Dunhai@YDunhai

Under China's #zerotariff policy for 53 African nations (effective May 1, 2026), Nigerian cattle bone pellets now enter the Chinese market duty‑free. This marks a promising start for Nigerian agricultural exports to China under this zero‑tariff arrangement. @NigeriaMFA @NGfmafs @fmitiofficial @Ngfmld China has also upgraded "green lanes" for African agricultural and food imports, streamlining quarantine procedures and adopting risk‑based management for faster market access. These benefits are expected to extend to more Nigerian premium products, boosting export revenues, creating rural jobs, and strengthening the nation's agricultural value chain. A solid step forward for China‑Nigeria trade cooperation and bilateral relations. 🇨🇳🤝🇳🇬
