All have coaches catering to their strengths, and systems that complement their flaws. That’s what coaching is.

If you can’t win on the road, you’re not winning a championship. And if you want to be league MVP, you have to dominate everywhere, not just at home. It’s time to dig deep and decide what kind of team you want to be a part of, and what kind of player you want to be.

Uncomfortable conversations have to happen in Indiana.
It's either that coach or your player. The decision is yours. No one wants to hear almost made it to the finals w/ a hospital team.
The goal of the job is can you maximize Caitlin, Aliyah, Kelsey together. That is the goal

I genuinely believe the Fever need an NBA minded head coach. Mark Jackson coached Steph Curry. You're not getting Steve Kerr. Micheal Cooper had success in that league. Caitlin is an NBA style player. Boston would benefit from it, and Kelsey is the definition of nba style.
