i remember coaching a team to a LAN event, being heavily involved from day one, only to be offered absurd prizepool cuts, starting at 1%. i declined. prizepool was close to 100k, they ended up winning the event

For transparency, we divided 50.000 dollars between eight people : Players : 7000 each Coach : 7000 Analyst : 5000 Manager : 3000 Cypher and I gave up addition 1k each to add to Analyst and Manager for their hard work, so they got 6000 and 4000. Everybody agreed to this.
