As a farmer in NE Suffolk I am concerned of the proposed new 24inch water main to be installed by @eswater_care across our farm of 2.5km crossing 80 or more land drains and I am still trying to make contact with company or @SavillsRuralUK agent.

Has anyone got any experience with drainage issues. My downstream neighbour has blocked a culvert onto his property that handles water from about 70 or 80 acres of our farm and rainwater from 8 or 9 houses...asking nicely hasn't worked.
